De esta manera, los administradores pueden <strong>decidir las siguientes acciones tarifarias y estrategias de publicidad futuras<\/strong> para aumentar las ventas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si deseas ejecutar una correcta valoraci\u00f3n del forecast hotelero o previsi\u00f3n de ocupaci\u00f3n, deber\u00e1s tener en cuenta datos b\u00e1sicos como fechas de fiestas nacionales, locales, eventos culturales, deportivos o hasta empresariales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La estimaci\u00f3n de estas fechas en un plan estrat\u00e9gico de Revenue Management hotelero es vital, puesto que <strong>influyen de manera directa en las previsiones de ventas<\/strong>.
